Our Story
In the early days after Evolve was born, Evolve was a pure IT strategy and software consultancy advising local UK brands on how to use software to grow their business.
However, in the intervening years, we’ve become much more than a consultancy. Partnering with some of the largest blue-chip organisations in the UK and globally including Bridgestone Tyres, Merck Sharpe & Dohme (MSD), LaFarge, Tarmac, Mondelez, etc. allowed us to build strong technology expertise and learn how to meet and exceed expectations of the most sophisticated clients.
As we grew and having been on our own start-up journey, we realised we were ideally placed to help startups and scaleups on their development journey as well.
This additional focus helped us win and deliver truly break-through and award-winning startup projects in FinTech in particular, with startups such as Hastee, Zeux, Playter, Monspire, SME Capital and others.
One team, two countries
Our own journey to find additional software expertise eventually took us to Kyiv in Ukraine. And what we discovered there surprised and delighted us.
We found an education system – with a strong focus on maths and science – that almost seemed designed to prepare people for careers in software engineering.
We were so impressed that we decided to open an office there. And so today we’re one team in two countries, innovating together to deliver transformative software 1,600 miles apart.
