Leading Leicestershire technology company Evolve, have broadened their offering as experts in bespoke software development and professional services by merging with Ukrainian company, Pug-IT creating a dedicated and scalable development centre, trading as Evolve Dev Limited.
Established in 2007, Evolve have provided enterprise grade software solutions and expert IT consultancy services at award-winning standards to blue-chip companies here in the UK and internationally, for over 11 years.
Former Founder at Pug-IT, Philippe Peron, who will be the Managing Director of the Evolve Dev division shared his thoughts on the move;
“Pug-IT collaborated with Evolve Just under two years ago and we’ve produced some fantastically innovative applications together, so the opportunity to make our partnership official in the form of a merger was a no-brainer. Now, as the MD of Evolve Dev, I am looking forward to driving the division forward and producing more outstanding software solutions with the team.”
Evolve Dev Limited now provide 30+ software developers to the company’s customer base, with the ability to scale the business rapidly through access to a great talent pool, whilst maintaining customer relationships from their UK head office.
Speaking about the recent changes in her technology businesses, Leanne Bonner-Cooke MBE said;
“I am really excited about the future for Evolve now we’ve merged with Pug-IT. Setting up a dedicated development centre in the Ukraine allows us to offer competitive solutions and scale the business further under the leadership of Philippe Peron, who will work closely with our UK leadership team to ensure we continue to develop innovative enterprise and mobile software solutions and products for our customers.”
Recognised with awards such as ‘International Business of the Year’ and ‘Innovation Award’, Evolve have enjoyed year-on-year growth and success, topped off by the ultimate accolade with CEO Leanne collecting an MBE for Services to Women in Business from Princess Anne at Buckingham Palace earlier this year, as part of the New Year’s Honours list 2018.
