Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced internal sales executive within our award-winning business whose prime responsibilities will include lead generation and taking ownership of the sales lead through to sales.

The ideal candidate must be confident, ambitious and self-motivated, who can join our team as an Internal Sales Executive to help expand our customer base in line with our business plans.  You must be results driven and prepared to take initiative, whilst adopting Evolve’s Values. You must have effective communication skills as this is a customer facing role.

What you will do:

  • Making outbound sales calls in conjunction with our marketing activity
  • Pushing prospects through the sales funnel
  • Arranging and supplying documentation to potential customers
  • Using and maintaining the CRM database to track sales progress

  • Working with the wider delivery team in creating customer proposal

    What we need from you:

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced, creative and ambitious individual who has exceptional experience of solving business problems using technical solutions, with a strong analytical capability coupled with technical knowledge of both enterprise applications and software products.

As part of the Consultancy Team at Evolve, you will be responsible for defining, analysing and documenting customer requirements for multiple complex projects to ensure that we design and build innovative robust applications that meet our customers’ needs.

You will also need to assist customers with the business case and have the ability to map business processes.

The customer is at the heart of everything we do, this means clear and concise communication is paramount. You will therefore, be comfortable working in a client facing environment when necessary.

We require a self-starter who can hit the ground running, who is a practical problem solver and who has a strong technical capability.

 

What you will do:

  • Facilitate workshops with our customers to:
    • understand their business requirements, user journeys and business processes
    • understand the customers functional and non-functional requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and solution architects to design innovative software solutions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to estimate the cost for the new solutions being developed
  • Produce clear and concise proposals and documentation for the customer
  • Articulate the requirements to the project delivery teams
  • Write the user stories
  • Manage the requirements during the agile project delivery phase
  • Document and record tasks and activities through Confluence and JIRA or any other support tools used by the company
  • Mentor and support junior and/or offshore, nearshore BA’s utilising methods and tools as deemed necessary to create a collaborative environment

What we need from you:

  • Experience to working within a consultancy or software practice
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and deliver to a deadline

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master within our award-winning business whose prime responsibility will include working on several challenging and demanding projects and be looking to progress your career with a growing company.

This is a role that leads and transform the company’s delivery approach ensuring that we deliver projects on time and to budget to meet the customers’ expectations throughout the project lifecycle. The main aim of the successful candidate will be to work closely with the delivery teams based in the UK and at our Development Centre in the Ukraine.

The ideal candidate must be motivated, results driven and prepared to take initiative, whilst adopting Evolve’s Values. You must have effective communication skills and be well presented as this is a client-facing role with both existing and new clients. You must be responsible and able to work well in team oriented and entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires excellent communications skills as well as effective relationship building across the teams. Beyond that, we are seeking experience in both traditional waterfall methodology and agile as our customer often require a blend of the two.

What you will do:

  • Implement and execute the scrum
  • Manage the projects through the Atlassian Tools (Jira & Confluence)
  • Manage the customer delivery
  • Manage the deliverables of the software development team, based in our Ukraine Development Centre
  • Organise and manage the day to day activities of the engineering project team
  • Ensure projects meet Technical, Schedule and Budgetary requirements
  • Production, maintenance and execution of the project plan, including the project schedule and software metrics
  • Technical management and reporting of the development, with support from software architects
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party resources equipment
  • Responsibility for the execution of the project software development process
  • Support the Application Services Manager in improving the software processes

What we need from you:

  • Proven implementation and execution of Scrum, backed up by a recognised professional
  • Experience working in a customer delivery environment
  • Experience of performing a technical Scrum Master role
  • Strong analytical as well as verbal and written communications skills
  • Good influencing and negotiation methods and techniques
  • Good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies
  • An ability to understand how the IT technology supports our customers
  • Experience in dealing with conflicting priorities between different specialist groups

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales executive within our award-winning business whose prime responsibility will include bespoke software sales ranging from small web apps through to large enterprise grade software applications, data migration services, integration services and business intelligence services.

Our focus is to provide either an extended team or a fully managed service to our customers, so they can deliver projects more effectively.

The ideal candidate must be motivated, results driven and prepared to take initiative, whilst adopting Evolve’s Values. You must have effective communication skills and be well presented as this is a client-facing role with both existing clients and developing new business. You must be responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented and entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires excellent sales and communications skills as well as effective relationship building talents. Beyond that, we are seeking experience in territory management with deliverables every month as well as a strong background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets in new customer acquisition and/or business development.

What you will do:

  • Sell Bespoke Software Solutions and Consultancy services to SMEs
  • Work with the internal sales support and marketing team to generate new leads
  • Manage the pipeline
  • Execute sales transactions; participate in negotiations, tenders and close deals
  • Timely and accurate business reporting
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction
  • Develop client reference accounts
  • Provide management presence at customers and prospective accounts

What we need from you:

  • Must have experience in solution selling in both consultancy and bespoke enterprise software applications, with demonstrated experience closing business with a wide range of accounts
  • A record of strong performance in revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals
  • Executive level selling, and a history of developing and maintaining a high level of on-going customer satisfaction
  • 2 years of sales experience with “solution” oriented products or services across many disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience at new account development
  • Experience in cooperative selling through alternate channels and the ability to monitor and manage customer satisfaction
  • Develop, review and monitor account, and coordinate the use of consulting and pre-sales resources
  • Must be able to communicate at a basic technical level to nontechnical business people and discuss business advantages, and ROI.
